I"m using VP-880.
I"ve just found some incorect Test Vectors on IC TEST feature.
Test Vectors for 74378 should be as follows.V0001 0L00L0LGCL0L00LV
V0002 0H11H1HGCH1H11HV
V0003 1H00H0HGCH0H00HV
V0004 1H11H1HGCH1H11HV Also, Vectors for 74174 are insufficient.
Output from Pin 7 is ignored.
Those should be as follows. V0001 0L00L0LGCL0L00LV
V0002 0L11L1LGCL1L11LV
V0003 1L00L0LGCL0L00LV
V0004 1H11H1HGCH1H11HV Please comfirm and correct them in future release. Thanks!
