Is there any chance someone can tell me how to program this chip ?
This chip is the cause of my radio not working, but when i fit a new one nothing happens, but i fit one from another radio it works.
So i think i must program it with the data from a working chip?
Can someone help please?
Any advice is much appreciated

I have bought this adapter WL-PQFP80-M347 for the chip 78F0828.
I have Wellon VP990 with software 4.6.5, but the software does not support this, the option "read" is not available, it can"t be clicked.
Can you fix this please?
