ttl & cmos test with vp-480

Hi. I have a big quantity of used 74HC373D. Can I perform the test above to this IC ? with the smallest doubt I have to garbage it !

It is not in the list so I created it with add pattern consulting its datasheet, I resulted:

v1:0L00LL00LG1L00LL00LV
v2:0H11HH11HG1H11HH11HV
v3:0L00LL00LG0L00LL00LV
v4:0H11HH11HG0H11HH11HV

where I thought to leave out 2 tests, because I could not interpret the state "high impedance state off" for output

But testes were so unexpected!
A possibly damaged item passes tests 2 & 4 and failed to 1 & 3
A new unused one passes only test 2 and failed in others.
Results in fails are:

used and suspicous
v1: 0H00HH00HG1H00HH00HHv
v3: 0H00HH00HG0G00HH000HV

new and unused that should be ok
v1: 0H00LL00LG1L00LL00LV
v3: 0H00HL00LG0L00LH00HV
v4: 0H11HL11LG0L11LH11HV

what is the problem ? this device cannot perform this test in this device ? The tests are not implemented correctly ?

Not having success. I make tests through an adapter sop-dip 28 pin. the results are the same as socket is empty, (even it is empty there are results !?) as the above IC is inserted (I checked IC pins carefully,they are correctly connected to adapter). The programmer works good with bios computer chipsets, but I need this test also. thanks
