eugen Use VP896 with last Software A29L008ATV-70F program not correct If I fill the buffer with 00H, 0FH or F0H it program But it not works with 66H, 69H or 96H in the buffer Similar failures: Device Address: 00000002H Device Data:89H Buffer Data:69H I tested ICs from various sources With slow Program, with various tPW and Retry Adapter (WL-TSOP48-U001) is clean and works with other chips It may be works with other chips like AM29LV008 (not tested). eugen no, all three chips from three different sources. Make always error on the same address. I think that is timing problem.Bug in Software. It can not program Data:6969696969H. instead program 89898989H. If I program with slow/program then C9C9C9C9C.
