EThomas Yes, but it should not be. Disk 1 contains version 4.7.3, for the GP800+\600+\400+ etc, but download 2 should contain version 4.7.1 for GP800\600\400 etc. I need version 4.7.1 for the GP390 software, but at the moment both download 1 and 2 contain disk 1, or 4.7.3, so I cannot get this software. li xinlei we have not GP390, we only have VP390. when connect the programmer, wellon software will auto select programmer type. Go back list [ Posted:2019-01-18 09:01:58 ]

puposet I have the same problem, as previously reported.　Software version 4.7.1 does not recognise VP-390 hardware and does not include it in the drop-down list for manual selection. It reports "Programmer initialising failure". The Help/About box confirms I have version 4.7.1.　My VP-390 works OK under Windows XP on another computer. Go back list [ Posted:2019-01-19 03:59:00 ]
