Buying a VP 998 is a stupid decision.

 the chip is NAND chip, it have bad block.if you copy the chip, you need no bad block chip.

 can you use VP-480 now?
VP-480 do not supports windows7/10 and high speed PC.

 VP-480 is our elder product.
please download software Ver. 4.7.3
if the chip can been writed by VP-480,it also can been writed by VP998
