My VP-880 has stopped programming! Reply

 My VP-880 has stopped programming reporting "Communication error!"

Things I have tried:
Self Test - Passes
Voltage Tests - All read OK
Replaced the USB Cable - Same result
I/O Tests - I don"t have the correct adapter for this test!

I"ll send and image of the screen to weilong@weilei.com.cn

Are there any further test(s) I can carry out?

In the event that this needs repairing (?) do you have repair centers in the UK? Or will it need to be returned to you?
