VP280 and Cypress CY7C291A EPROMS Reply

 Hello,

According to the IC list, the VP-280 supports the Cypress CY7C291A Eproms. However I am having trouble burning these EPROMS. Every time I do a read after a burn, the buffer is just full of "FF". Any suggestions?

 VP-280 is elder type,maybe the programmer is badly,maybe the chip is badly
