winbond 25Q256JVFQ ISP programming? Reply

 Hi, I wanted to ISP flash winbond 25Q256JVFQ but ISP mode option do not show when I select this chip, how to do this? I"m sure ISP programming is supported for this chip , there is even SPI output on PCB I"m trying to fix.
Additonally software pointing to use this adapter http://www.weilei.com/SOIC28E.htm but this chip is 16 pins, is this correct?
I"m usung VP 998, latest firmware 9.0 , latest soft 4.7.3.05.03.2020

 you can select 25Q256FVFQ *SOP16(ISP)
