you maybe need re_install USB driver.
it is at c:\weilei\wellon\usbsys\ (for windows 32 bit)
or it is at c:\weilei\wellon\usbsys64\ (for windows 64 bit

 Hello hate windows.

the device is ready
"unknown device" is configured and ready to use.
then when I open the app:
I select VP 998 and I read on the application:

initiatiing,plese wait...
Programmer initiate failure!
The system is in demo mode!
