VP-996 Not programming AM29F032 Reply

 I received a batch of 10 AM29F032 Flash ROMs and tested them on my VP-996 OK. HI programmed 5 last week OK. Now, however, today I"ve come to program the the rest of them and they are all failing on the first address! Changed adaptors with no success!

I"ve run the self-test, which passes OK. On checking the test Voltages I get these:
VCC 3V = 3.22 : VPP0 12V = 13.13 : VPP1 12V = 13.17 : VPP0 25V = 27.60 : VPP1 25V = 27.98

They don"t look correct - can these be confirmed, please?
