markr I have brand new Wellon Auto. Trying to read 93C86 eeprom in circuit. I get Over Current Detected warning I have tried modifying VCC down to 3.0v I have older VP-390 that I have managed to read the eeprom with under Microchip 93C86 with VCC set between 4.25v - 4.5v. No Power Supply The new Wellon Auto will only connect to PC Software with power supply connected Is it normal for Wellon Auto to have to use power supply? Why is it saying Over Current Detected?
