VP-390 / no SRAM device list Reply

 Hi, i"m on 4.60 software. I have 6116 RAM to test, I press "SELECT" button, select SRAM on the right side, and select HITACHI, and the device list is empty. Please help.

The issue is the same selecting different manufactorers. I"ve uninstalled, installed different versions, deleted the C:\Wellon folder etc but nothing gets the list of SRAM devices to appear.

 Did you select the ram chip with VP-390? Did the USB connect the programmer?

 I"m sorry I don"t really follow your questions. I can"t select the RAM chip as no devices appear in the SELECT prompt (as the screenshot I linked shows). If I select EPROM or PLD etc, and select a manufacturer, the device list has options in it, but when I select DRAM/SRAM * a manufacturer, there are no options in the device list. The programmer is connected with USB and power and functions correctly (can read EPROMs etc).
