Cannot program pic12f509 with VP-590 Reply

 I have a VP-590 programmer and I cant erase or program pic microcontrollers. I have tried with pic12f509 or 10f200. The software shows the following message:
>>Initiating, Please wait...

>>Programmer initiate success!

>>.Erase......
>>.Blank Check......
>>Erase OK!
>> 1.66Sec
----------------------------!

But it doesnt even erase the program. I already tested the devices with a Microchip programmer and they are working ok.
